The day started off well...We were ALL able to sleep in and leisurely go down and eat breakfast. Chris then took Jonathan, Nicholas, and Corie to play putt-putt. They had a good time and Nicholas even birdied the 18th hole! The people at the golf place were nice to the kids and even gave them some candy at the end of their course. While they were golfing, Laurie Grace, my mother in law, and I went swimming in the pool. The sad part about today was that no other swimming was done today! A thunderstorm came through and it rained off and on all afternoon. The electricity even went off for a few minutes in the evening. The children did well though and played with some the toys that Mommy suggested that they take with them. The storm did not stop us girls from going to the Tanger Outlet Mall. We looked at many stores and checked out all the new styles for the fall. I even found some good buys at the Gap for my boys (which are getting harder and harder to buy for)!
