Monkey Joe's

Our life has been so busy lately that it was nice to be able to go to Monkey Joe's last night as a family. Our church footed the bill which made the trip even better-thanks AMRBC! The kids loved the big slide and other bouncing things. I gave them a few tokens and they got some tickets with which they all got a bouncy ball with a string attached to it (kind of like a yo-yo). I volunteered at the children's consignment earlier in the day (and then attended the sale) and so it was nice to be able to sit and talk to other adults some of which I do not see often. The only bad thing is that two out of my three kids are afraid of Monkey Joe and ran to mommy to protect them when he came out to talk to the kids. After we left Monkey Joe's, we headed to McCallister's for a late supper and then it was home and to bed.
