Since the school year has started we have been so busy!! Between taking and picking the kids up from school, to flag football practices and games, to homework, housework, and making dinners...who has time to relax??? That is why I am so thankful for days when I can go and eat lunch with a friend and just relax and forget about the pressures of the day if only for a little while.
Erin and I love to go to McDonald's on 290 because of their indoor play area. The kids can play in a safe area where we don't have to keep a constant eye on them and they don't have to talk in their inside voices like in other restaurants. We went the other day and Erin let Ryan out of his high chair that day and he got to try out the play equipment too. He loved trying to go up the slide the wrong way and Laurie was protecting him from the older kids. It was quite funny to see my 2 year old protecting Ryan from the older children but she was getting it done. Here are a few shots of the kids...
We tried to get Ryan to look at the camera but he was too busy enjoying the playground!!
